1962 Galaxie 500 XL Victoria G-code 406 3x2 Barn Find

1962 Ford Galaxie 500 XL Victoria G-Code 406/405 HP 3x2 tri power, factory car thats all original, original paint, original leather interior, original motor, original transmission, original rear end. The car has been parked since 1978 in a garage covered in blankets. The only thing thats been touched on the car is the heads and intake was changed in the early 1970s during the gas crunch, to a 4 barrel for a little bit better mileage, but the original setup was put in the trunk of the car, we took the 4 barrel setup off and put the 3x2s back on it. The car is still covered in dust and dirt and nothing else has been changed or touched since we pulled the car out.

Pictures show the original factory markings on the drive shaft, some of the front steering components, and original tape from the factory to hold the pad in place while placing the core support to the frame. Also pictured is the motor date, which is correct for the car, and the factory HP casting on the block which is only found on the 406 blocks. I posted a picture of the original rear end, which shows the factory tag still in place that also reads 4.11 for the gear ratio.Very true and original car.
