This is a factory R- Code 1964 Galaxie 500, non XL Car. This Beautiful Car was ordered with the big 427 2x4barrel high performance motor with a 4 speed and 3.50 rear gears. From the story that has been passed down to us the original owner of the car ordered the car Red with the Black bench seat interior, but when the car was delivered it was Silver Smoke Gray in color, and the original owner had the dealership paint the Car the Red you see on it today. All of the Interior is Original to the car and untouched. The car is only showing 56K Miles on it, and it runs and drives out just perfect. Everything works on the car just as it should. This is a very fine example of a 1964 Galaxie R -Code.
