This car we could actually use some help to document??? This is a 1956 Desoto FireFlight Station Wagon. And if you know your desotos you know that the fireflight station wagon didnt come out till 1957. This car is the prototype for the 57 year, that went around to the autoromas (Car Shows) to show case the up and coming options for the next year model. THe car was bought from the factory by a desoto enginer and taken to Georgia where he and his family enjoyed the car till it was put in a barn and we rescued the car. The car features a High Horse 341 HEMI, A/c, P/s, P/b, P/Atenna, P/Windows, P/Seats, Record Player, Removable 3rd Row Seating, L:ighted Luggage Rack and Bumper Guards, Factory Firestone Run Flat Tires, and many more. IF any one has any pictures of this car at the shows back in 1956, I would love to see them to help document the History of this car.
